This law firm will took my $3000 retainer and then when i inquired after one month on the status they got upset and refused to continue or refund any moneys

I found this website after reseaching for a good lawyer to help me with my immigration needs with moving to the country of panama and also with my shipping needs. The website promises all the necessary needs i had, i intionally contacted them by phone and set up an appointment.

After meeing with the lawyer, named Victoria, and being assured of all the expertise she pocessed, i agreed to use the services. Which requiered a retainer of $2000.

After waiting one month with no news from the office, i cantacted the office to inquiere as the status, i was informed nothing had been done since they were waiting for me to send them information, once i informed the office, no information had been requested from me, they answered in a very upset voice that since i did not do anything requested, they have decided to not have me as a client anymore, when i asked for my money back i was advised the money was for the intial meeting and for some phone calls made on my behalf, when i inquired what calls, i was informed they did not need to tell me,

I have not been able to either get them to answer any questions or recive any refund

I have met two other clients that had the same experiance with this law firm so be ware of them.
