Tried to book reservation one year in advance and nothing available, then wrote company to cancel and they do not respond., Qintana Roo

Signed up for timeshare while vacationing at Hotel Marina El Cid. After returning home tried to book a vacation a year in advance; their was not availability. Then wrote to the company within the five day time period to cancel and they did not acknowledge my letter or respond as promised.

When I tried to contact again today, the email does not go through.
