It is unwise to purchase from this company. The Adobe CS4 Suite I received was the incorrect platform (ordered Windows, received Mac). No response to voice and email for more than 60 day to exchange for their error.
A bit of dectective work determined, in my opinion, the owner Mitch Hefner, is a certified flake when it comes to mature business practices. A source inthe area indcates their suite appears unkempt, piles of mail on the floor, old post-it notes on the door. All these signs plus the lack of customer service indicate an aggorant, pompous turd taking money and supplying the bird.
Adobe indicates this company is not a legitimate reseller for their products and has spent considerable time assisting people who have received problem software. Some software has outdated or invalid registration keys, incorrect volume licenses or has already been registered.
I am filing a complaint with Charlotte, NC., BBB so others may know of the underhanded crap this clown heaps on customers.
