Return Material Credit NOT given for new parts - no response from them

Sterndrives in south beach Florida owes me a $233.00 credit for new never opened parts purchased, It has been over 30 days and NO response from them! I have the tracking that they had recieved the parts, the company only answers emails from customers making purchases they will not assist you in anyway if money is due back to the customer (credits). The company does not answer the phone it does not take incoming calls, Faxes no respose as well. I left numerous emails to get this resolved now I know its internet fraud!
I think everyone should beware of this company and DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS with them. They will fraud you as they did with me and many others I am sure.
