Watch out for this guy, makes like he is a big shot, ripped me off of $5000 in rent and left the place in a mess, made a studio in one of the apartments rooms and left all sound proofing on walls, the unit wa flithy, skipped out in the middle of the night with his girl frien christine and his poor son richard, the poor kid has been moved from state to state watching his parents rip off people, i feel bad for all of them to have to live such a lie. He will pretent to be your frined and make like he has all this money and he is dead broke, he wanted me to invest in his beach line radio but thats to this web site i knew he had scammed people and was a total scam.
