This is the most deceptive company i have ever had the displeasure to deal with. They will lie cheat and steal to squeeze as much money from you as they can. Beware is all i can say. Do not use this phone carrier. I can't tell you how many times they have overchardged me 10.00 here and there. They actually had the gaul to shut off my phone because i refused to pay a late fee that wasn't even late. Then they cahrged another 50.00 to turn it back on. They make me sick. They tried to tell me i always paid my bill late when i was sitting online looking at my bank statements, they are always paid ontime. The phone reps lie and give you the run around, they won't let you speak to a manager and i am just sick of it. Just now they made me pay 24.00 to turn on my phone because of another so called late fee that they lied about. They are a joke and great rip off artists. I would be ashamed to say i worked there, oh and then they had the nerve to charge me 2.99 for a ringtone i never even ordered. All these little charges add up. Make sure you look at your bill if you are unfortunate to have their service, and if you don't have it, don't get it.
