Victory Motorcycle Brake caliper locks up causing severe injuries, posable death Internet

On a return trip, while traveling through Montgomery, AL., a loud squealing noise started after I had stopped at a red light. I could not identify where the noise was coming from and it gradually got louder. When I went to slowly apply the front brake at the third red light the front wheel locked up causing me and my wife to thrown from the motorcycle and into oncoming traffic. I suffered a shatterd left wrist which took 14 screws and plates to fix, a broken right clavical, and a mild concussion. My wife suffered a very bad bruise from the top of her left hip to her left knee and a sprained left wrist. This motorcycle has been highly maintained, exactly by the owners manual. It had 15,400 miles on it at the time of the accident.
