Do not rent from these people!!! I chose to rent from "Brentmoor at Penn Center" and it has cost me over 2,000 and the biggest hassle I have ever faced!!! First the property manager JESSICA MAINIER is just disgusting to work with, she is hateful hateful hateful! When you ask her something for the apartment or alert her something is wrong with the apartment not only is it given half her attention if any but you will be lucky if she even puts in a work order for the problem at hand. She has lost 2 of my rent checks and refuses to admit it. Also has tried to charge me late fees AFTER I have already paid my rent on time. When she is faced with her faults she will do nothing more than say " you just have to deal with it." The apartments themselves are horrible! My bathtub over flows, and when I asked for it to be fixed I was told "The pipes in this building are just old." Also my bedroom door locked by itself one day with my little dog in it and we had to bust the door in because no one would come assist us without charging me $50 fee. Anytime you lock yourself out it is a $50 fee, which the guy does not make you pay, but JESSICA does and what she does with the money I do not know but I am sure it did not go to the man who let me in. This apartment complex will truely be more of a hassle than it is worth, plus JESSICA MAINIER is just the world's worst to deal with. Watch out for them and save yourself the trouble!!!
