Reliable Tool Inc. Is not so reliable when it comes to honoring their return policy. Our company paid for a Bridgeport Mill including additional funds to properly pack the mill for shipment.
Upon arrival the mill was heavily damaged and refused. The mill was returned immediately for a complete refund. As of this writing, a full refund has not been extended and we are now into our 6 Month of trying to receive our full refund.
We strongly suggest that you think twice about purchasing from this company.
