Tool Box Rip Off-Misleading ad describes full size, it's 1/2 size & full price

I purchased a Deflecta tool box from accessoriesgiant.com for $301.25. The ad showed a photo of a full size crossover tool box (behind the truck cab, from driver's side of the bed to the passenger's side). The ad claimed it had locking stainless latches, twin commercial lid gas struts, 2 handles and J-bolt mounting hardware.

It's actually 1/2 the size of the one in the photo with one handle, one strut, one latch and no mounting hardware. The price was the only thing not cut in half! The return shipping from my local post office for this over sized package is $197.00. I found a UPS store about 60 miles away and they would ship it for $68.00.

Accessoriesgiant.com refused to give me a pre-paid return label or even reimburse me for shipping even though they agreed the ad is misleading. If I could not afford the return shipping within one week I would have to keep the tool box they sent! The option of a refund expires 21 days from original purchase date.

I wonder how many people didn't have the $68.00 to $197.00 on the spot and were forced to keep a tool box that they couldn't realistically use.
