Repeatedly gives false names, phone numbers to furniture companies for credit information and references

This person lists many false phone numbers on credit applications and then does not pay his bill. He lists the same information each time and funny enough, some businesses in the Kingston area of New York do not even check his own home phone number. He has listed that as incorrect as well. I have gotten calls several times because he (or members of his family) have listed the same false information at different times in Kingston, NY businesses. He lists phone numbers that are disconnected, and then I am the only one to answer. I think this borders on fraud.
