Prestige Landscaping and Contracting Sold me a Mac Book Pro on the phone and never delivered the item after I sent him 50% of the funds through Western Union, claimed it was lost by UPS

I had advertised on Kijiji that I was looking for a Mac Book Pro to purchase. Kevin called me and said he had one for sale and emailed me the details. He said he was a Landscaper in yorkton Sask, and had bought a new 17" Mac. This was only 6 mo old he said. We agreed on a price and I sent him $500 by Western Union and he was going to ship it by UPS as soon as he recieved the money. He called that he had received the money and that the computer had been picked up by UPS for shipment to Calgary. He sent me the tracking # by email. I was to send him a bank draft for the balance as soon as I recieved the computer. When it didn't arrive, I called him and he said Puralator picked it up since there was no UPS agent in Yorkton and they would ship it to Calgary were it would be transfered to UPS for delivery. I called UPS and they said they did that sort of thing when there was not UPS agent in the town.
