I order a computer from them and on the 2-19-10 is suppose to be my last payment but now they won, y

I order a computer back on 2/29/10 and they begin they to take out of my bank 34. Something per week then after 3 mo. I call then and aked them where was my computer and they said i didn't sign some paper so i told them to mail them to me and i mail them back then after a few more month i would call again and they told me they lost my paper and that they would mail me some more paper i was very upset i call back they told me on 8-25-09 that they were ging to shipm it to me nothing then on 10-13-09 i call again they told me give them 10 more days but now they won't answer the phone now please help me!
