Terrible Service!

I dropped off my dry cleaning at LCS Enterprises in Mesa, AZ on the corner of Baseline and Dobson on Friday around noon. I was told that it would be ready by 4 monday afternoon. I went back at 4:30 monday to pick up my cloths. After the nice cashier told me that they didn't have it in, I ask when I could expect to get my cloths? After I said that, the owner Lily stormed out and yelled at me "They are late! We don't have your cloths!" I again asked when I could expect to get my cloths and she said, "I don't know! They are late! Come back at 5!" This was the worst customer service I've ever witnessed. If you don't want to yelled at for someone elses error than stay far far far away from this place. It is way overpriced and there is no customer service to back it up. It is the cleaners on Dobson and Baseline. 2051 S Dobson Rd. Suite #12 in Mesa, AZ.
