Office personnel, very unprofessional. Speak to customers in a derogatory manner as witnessed by myself. A customer was in front of the main register desk being spoken to in a very harsh manner in front of other customers, Loudly!

Front desk personnel seem not to know what they are doing (I have been going there since October or November)

You are asked to turn in paperwork with a specfic date for a meeting with a Mortgage Counselor (Set-up by the Counselor) prior to the meeting a call to my home is made explanning thatthe meeting has been cancelled for two weeks later. When meeting date has arrived and come to the office the Counselordoesn't have to meet with me. (no correspondence by mail or phone to notify the customer of this. No notification of what the customer is to wait for or some kind of notice stating what they would like for you to do or when you will hear from them. (communication is very little or null)

Naca has not met their perspective quota for their agenda! I seewhy it has not. They are not very business like to conduct this orany or type of business (working with the public)
