According to the Advertisements and the sales rep at store at the point of signing up — i was to be charged $60 all inclusive when i received my bill the invoice showed that i was being charged for taxes on top of the total and i point it out and they indicated they would take care of it - a month later i go in to pay my bill and the sales rep tell be that i have to pay them an additional $3 for the right to pay the bill in cash - i asked if i could speak to some one in their corporate office they said they had no telephone to give me and all they could give me is an address - i researched on web and most of the numbers referred to the company have been disconnected and finally i tried to call for help on their customer service line and i was unable to reach a human being and all it did was prompted me to pay bill over the tele — i thought about it an i refused to pay any additional monies&i told the rep that i would be happy to pay the 60 for the bill they refused to accept payment — are we as consumers going to let these companies rip us off just because it has become their policy - outrageous - does cash no longer have value in America?
