Scam!

As I'm writing this I have been currently om hold with Chase for over 15 minutes. So I figured since I was on hold I would let everyone know what a horrible company this is. I took out a personal loan back on June. The loan was for $25,000 and it was with the Bank of New York. I have been paying this loan back over the past several years with no problems. Until the loan was taken over by Chase Home Finance LLC. I have no idea why a mortgage company would take over a personal loan. My wife lost her job, so like many Americans we have some financial difficulties. All though we may pay some accounts late we do pay. With that being said I have been trying to pay Chase Home Finance LLC. With no success. I have been trying to make a payment for $3,323.74. I know you won't believe this but they will not take the money. I have spoken to many people there and it seems that no two departments have any idea what the other is doing. All I want to do it pay. I don't want a refund. I'm not here to complain about the rude customer service I received. I'm not here to complain about the hold times of 25 minutes on average (by the way, I'm still on hold). I tried calling earlier to day but I was transfered 4 times and disconnect 4 times. There goes two hours of my life down to tubes. I really don't know what to do! If anyone as any ideas please let me know.
