Charged 2 months, never saw results, can't get a refund

I settled toplocallisting.com to publish my organization through Google, Bing, ETC. They charged me for that put up, per month later they charged me again but still hadn't posted me. After another month I terminated and requested to get a reimbursement they offered me the runaround for another month, I closed together at the conclusion of nov it's today the center of february but still nothing.

I simply tried to contact today and also the # would go to another company today.
