Collection Notice

I simply acquired a notice stating that I owed $15.00 to get a Multicultural magazine subscription. I've no subscribers, and so I named the amount about the notice. They explained they might shut my consideration (that used to donot realize that I actually had!) which my credit wouldn't be influenced and that I wouldn't be obtaining anymore characters. I inquired if it'd previously injured my credit and also the lady said "No. Cheers you." and hungup. IT HAS to be always a fraud& therefore be careful!!!
