Target refuses to refund money owed - lcd monito

I purchased an lcd monitor on Oct. 4 from the Westminster, CA store for $206.00. I returned it with all packaging, parts and receipt within 5 days and requested a refund which was denied. Target claimed my check didn't clear. I produced proof the check cleared 3 days earlier but Target refused to refund my money. It is now Nov. 26 and I still don't have a refund. When I tried returning the merchandise the manager tried to force me to take it back home. I am on crutches and a senior citizen who struggled with the merchandise. I left the merchandise on the Customer Service counter, photographed it with a digital camera for proof of return, then tried to leave but the manager tried to seize and destroy my camera. I attempted to leave but he tried to physically detain me. As I hobbled out, he chased and yelled at me. I am on a very small fixed income and desperately need my money. The store has stolen it from me and I am a victim of an assault. I reported the assault to the police departments of Huntington Beach and Westminster, CA.
