They do not care if they rip you off, wasnt even a week late on my payment!

Credit acceptance is a company that claims to try and help people, but all they are is a predatory lending company! I have been faithfully making my payments on time fo the past 13 months, i made an honest mistake and forgot this month. I was never called or contacted and asked to pay but i had my car at my moms house today and they came and reposessed it! It is also supposed to have a gps on it and claim that they can turn it off if you are late, but there was nothing, no warning, nothing!!!

I have been reading lots of reviews and it has been worse for other people. They must have some kind of lawsuit for companies like this. I will now have to end up paying 300 or more dollars for the tow. I made the payment as soon as i came home, it wasnt as if i couldnt afford it, this was an absolute mistake. I am a mother of 2 in school and not sure what to do because how convienent is it that they repo on a saturday at 5 oclock when the tow company is closed until tuesday (hints extra storage fees) and the finance company is closed until monday, sound like a coincedence? Not to me!!!
