Processing fee rip off with no lan given and no way to talk to anyone

I just made an inquiry online about their service, they sent me some paperwork and when I saw the interest that I would have to pay I never even signed it or sent it back.

Two weeks later they took $44.00 from my account, said it was because theoriginal $19.00 bounced, but there was no record of it ever being processed.

When I try to contact them the only numbers available was a fax number, and the other number was simply a computerised service where you cannot ever takl to a HUMAN BEING.

Does anyone have a real contact number where you can talk to a live person?
