It's been over 4 weeks since I spoke with Pam (757) 490-6057... I'd originally called 1-866-424-4886 and Scott Brown told me to call the other number.
Anyway... Since my LAZY BOY Amerian made piece of CRAP is still STUCK in the up position... I thought I'd vent my frustrations on complaint... in hopes to warn everyone NOT NO purchase furniture from Lazy Boy. OR if you do don't expect it to be QUALITY furniture.
I sent my certified return receipt requested to Mr. Kurt Darrow... For the second time in 3 years... Gave him my complete history of his crappy furniture and of course, he hasn't responded. Then again - WHY WOULD HE? He/they already have our money... And continue getting our money...
Guess that's why he can afford to live in a $650,000 house. Oh yeah, that and "see below:
