Merchandise was purchased on line from this companys web site. When th merchandise was received it was not the part ordered. When I arttempted to contact Al Johnson at Go Scoot to get the correct part I received a TOTAL RUN AROUND. After two days of proving he sent teh wrong parts he requested I send it back at my own expense. The guy and teh comapny are a JOKE. I would recommend anyone to use another company. I have since turned my situation over to The State Of Louisianna Attorney General for resolution. This company needs to be shut down or at least severly fined for its UNETHICAL and DECEPTIVE business practices. Do not be fooled, although they use PAY PAL to collect your money PAY PAL will not assist you with resolving the matter.
Based Off My experience I would Not recommend this company to anybody wishing to purchase scooter parts over the internet.
