Did not send more training materials even after charging debit card

The Owner of described website did not send me any extra training materials online as described on the website. The only information that was available was lessions 1-4 when on the website described, there were to be at the least two months worth of lessions.

The only contact information that the website offers is the webmaster email. I tried contacting the host of the website but experienced long hold time and when answered the agent hung up. Called again. Got in touch with an agent and he could not provide info as the information on WHOIS.net shows same info.
