Ripp offff!

I ordered the new identity packet close to a month ago on line, and have not recieved anything. I have sent an email to them, but no other contact information can be found. I recently saw another rip off report on this company for the same thing. I wish I would have saw it before I ordered mine, but I will keep searching until I find someone to be accountable.
