Rip off posing as a legitimate company wow

Wow, these guys are not for real. They are scam artists, they suck you in and are going to help you fix all of your tax problems when instead they ask you to sign releases, give them power of attorney promise to stop all levies and wage garnishments. We found out today and 4 thousand dollars later that they did not file any of the paperwork promised. Lauren Harris was supposed to be handling our account when we were unable to contact her after a threat of wage garnishment appeared, we could not reach her for two weeks... My Husband is persistent and finally got someone on the phone named Lynn Cooper. She told him Lauren was not authorized to file any paperwork.

She apparently is only allowed to speak with the State Rep and IRS Reps. She is so worried that you may speak with them yourself and reminds you often that you must not. Lauren worries you may anger them. Hmm I wonder if they get kick backs from this company? My Husband demanded action from them, they are truly sorry, yeah right. They would be happy to amend our taxes but will need a new contract. Aka. More money to do so. I think NOT! There has got to be an Attorney out there willing to take them on in a class action as I see there are many of us exposing their lack of integritiy and outright greed. I bet they all sleep well at night! Oh and Ms VP Laurel Bagly, you should speak to people about their concerns not have your poor assistant do your dirty work!
