Door and window installer. They took 8 months to finally complete the job, only after threats of filing complaints. Workmanship was shoddy and they misrepresented the "upgraded" hardware. I am having repair issues after the install and the hardware has all tarnished.

To make matters worse they will not stop calling me asking for new business. I am on the do not call registry, I've asked them repeatedly times to stop calling verbally and in writting, spoken with the two owners and the marketing director. My last call from them they called me three times in the same day. STOP CALLING ME AND LEAVE ME ALONE! You did a horrible job the first time why would I want you to come back and do MORE work?!?
