Billed us for services we didn't want, turned us into collections for refusing to pay

We paid a full year in advance. Then we canceled their service by mail. Then they came out sprayed the house then billed us for it after we canceled! They magically lost the letter of cancellation. We paid the bill late but we paid it. One day after we paid the bill they turned us into collections. The original bill of 73.14 was paid, now they want 97.11!!

Tried to call and talk to them they of course had no record of my fiance' calling. Very convenient. Even though I know for a fact he called them to discuss the issue. When I called they were very rude and unwilling to work with us at all.

Horrible awful company!!!
