Excessive overdrafts

In 2008 I lost a partime job that was inabling me to pay rent and pay over bills.
When this happened it made it impossible to keep up especially when Wells Fargo kept tacking on overdraft charges. Whenever my account would get close to overdrawing they would throw some money from the attached credit card even if I got paid that friday they would hold say may rent check or my car payment then process it after the small amounts have already been processed that Thursday so they could collect overdraft fees.
I know what you all are thinking it is my faught for not handling the account the right way. For starters I had to pay the rent, utilites, insurance, car payment food and gas. Second of all Wells Fargo should not have been allowed to access over $4000 in overdraft fees in 1 year. There should of been a cap or a hold put on the card to signal their is trouble and been given options so it would not continue.
Oh wait branches are worthless a bunch of robots that have no say in company business to solve any problem they have to call a 1800 number to get permission or the blessing from the call center to form a thought, plan of action to help the customer. Heaven forbid they might have to loose some profit to make a situation right and keep a customer for life for taking care of the problem and making sure steps were in place to avoid the same pitful.
In 2009 Wells Fargo emptied my checking account to bring an account current not even asking if I needed the money or caring one bit because of that action I had to borrow money from a co worker to get gas and pay two overdraft fees that occurred due to their great forsight. When I went to the branch they told me they could not reverse it their and I have to call a 1800 number so I played phone tag being told their was nothing they could do to fix it or restore the funds.
I have written letters to the CEO and Credit Services and reported them to the BBB of California and the response I get was were sorry for your troubles but their was no bank error and we cannot reverse the fees and we cannot put you on a program because you are not delinquent. I know longer bank at Wells Fargo and pray July will come soon so I can knock another account from their cold greedy money hungry hands.
