Portrait Homes I am an attorney and I represented a number of plaintiffs and obtained a $1.1 million verdict against Pasquinelli and a related company, Classic Homes Construction, Inc. For fraud and consumer fraud

I represent a number of plaintiffs who purchased homes from Classic Homes/Pasquinelli. After 8 years of pre-trial litigation, it was tried to a jury and judge and we obtained a $1.1 million verdict for fraud and consumer fraud. Defendants are refusing to pay the judgment. The counts on which we won alleged that the homes were built on a high water table which caused flooding, mold, improper settling, and other water related problems. We also alleged the homes were built in a shoddy fashion and that the siding was improperly installed.

Pasquinelli refused to repair the homes, which is all we wanted initially. Plaintiffs are essentially stuck in these faulty homes because of the laws requiring them to disclose defects and water issues.

Monies were transferred between and out of these two entities, we contend, to avoid paying my home owners.

In my opinion, from my experience with them, the Pasquinellis who run these companies are arrogant and do not have any concern for their customers.
