'We don't guarantee seams' meaing they don't guarantee a professional job becuase seams are highly visible on the job they did at my house, all of the seams

Rosenberg Carpet installed carpet in my house, seams visible and not satisfactory so contacted Vice President of the Company, [in business since 1958? ] and he attempted to correct the situation only making it worse.
At that point he said he was sorry but "He didn't guarantee seams would not be visible" or words to that effect and left never to be heard from again.
This is a warning to others who may fall prey to the same non professional results offered by 'Rosenberg Carpet' of Rosenberg Texas. The fact that they had no listing on the Better Business Bureau web site should have been a tip off to me but "Live and Learn' is the reality of this transaction.
