BEWARE - they don't ship as promised, dont communicate, don't respond

Galactic is an online new & used ski & snowboard store selling on their own site & Ebay. They appear to have good prices & post a phone number & email for communication.
But...
I ordered a pair of used snowboard boots on Feb 4th. My credit card was charged immediately.
Their website says:
"We guarantee that your order will leave our facility within 3 days / 72 hours (exclusing holidays) from the day your order comes in. We process all orders the next business day"
"buyers will receive a tracking number once processed"
As of Feb 10th I have not received a tracking number. They have not responded to emails. They don't answer their phone & the mail box is full and won't accept messages. Their online chat is unattended.
I strongly advise readers not to deal with this company unless you are prepared to accept broken promises, no communication, and take your chances.
I'll update this report if they ever respond and if I ever receive the goods.
Galactic - if you're reading and you communicate & deliver this I'll post the truth, but in any event you've already broken your promises & provided unacceptable service.
