Scam, tried to cancel after trial period

I joined under a 14 day trial to be billed 39.99 a month after the trial. I tried to cancel 10 days in. They claim that you can cancel by calling or emailing them. I sent an email and called twice. They don't have a phone it's just an answering service. This is complete crap!
