Scam

Last year in Feb some people Universal Explorartion called me if i will be interested to buy a family vacation package. It was exciting and i bopught 500 US Dolar package. The plan was to use it within one year. But even to book or to extend it the coming summer when ever i try to contact custmer service no body pick up the phone. I always leave messsage and i sent email for many times. But no body called me back or contacted me. Only outomatic email reply comes back that says " some one will contact me shortly". I am lossing my vaction or my money. I want also to stop these people from such activities.
