Accepted money and services without returning compensensation in monies earned

I paid initial fee in good faith. Sent in coupons per instructions. At first communication was fine and I had accumulated a small balance. So I continued to send in coupons. From this point when I should have had money coming to me, I could not reach company, or any person by phone, mail or email. Now the phone is disconnected, web site is no longer available, and I received no answer ot letter I sent. While money spent was not a whole lot, if on a fixed income, it was substantial to me. The company is a big rip off.
