Store Manager Durant

I worked for Braums for about thirteen months. The first was in Oklahoma City, and than at the store in Durant. While at the Durant store, I felt comfortable around the management. They treated their employees with respect and were well respected by us. The only exception to this is the store manager. Mike. Mike from the start didn't make me feel comfortable at work. He would go out of his way to make employees feel ashamed of their performance. He would restrict our use of certain cleaning products and than he would give us lectures on our poor performance. Mike would watch an employee working and would choose to reprimand the employee in front of customers where he could have called them aside as is the professional route. He demoralizes his employees with comments about them never being able to succeed in life. He tells them that they will just end up working for him. Mike's un-deserved verbal assault on his employees causes them to resent going to work with him present and this is reflected upon customer's review of us. When i'd be smiling at work I would be pulled aside by customers surprised to see a smiling face at the store. This is becoming a problem and it is setting up a bad reputation for a good establishment in this town.
