Poor Quality And Poor Service

I recently purchased some jewerly from this company. The bracelet that I purchased broke about 20 minutes after I left the show. When I returned they had closed an hour early and refused to answer the door. They acknowledged my being there and decided to not open the door. I have left several messages and there has been no response. They also failed to disclose the "All Sales Are Final" aspect also. Had I known that I would not have purchased anything from them. They also made themselves appear to be selling Pandora which again they are not selling. Overall a bad experience and I hope that others do not have to go through this.
