He sold me a van with bad compression in one of the cyclinders and was not forthcomming about that

I purchased a cargo van from william and there was a miss in the engine when i asked him about it he said that he had a compression test done and it was fine and that it was probably a tune up needed. After i bought the van and tried to run a data test the port wasnt working. I feel that william misrepresented the van and that even when i asked him directly about the van wasnt forthcomming. He also told me that the van would get 20 to 22 miles to the gallon and i only got 15 miles to the gallon on the highway and only 11 when the van was loaded. I feel he should give me my money back and take the van back
