Unauthorized charges to my bank account, for service I did not request

I signed up for a supposed "one time fee of. 95 cents for a person search.intelius, without authorization from me, began deducting 19.95 x 2 for a "service" called ID PROTECT. I attempted to contact them by phone, but they were closed. I logged on to my fraudulent account to cancel (2/07/10). The site accepted my cancellation. However, the date would be 2/28/10. So they could steal another 19.95 out of my bank account. I will contact my bank on Monday to attempt to reverse these unauthorized charges.
