DEL CITY OKLAHOMA ON SE 29TH $500$ in fees, missing, paper work, will not return your calls

We are a military family living in mwc, oklahoma. I recently called around to see who has the best deal this year for doing my taxes. When i called liberty tax in del city, oklahoma. I was told to come in and get a free estimate and if i accept they will pay me $50 bucks to do our tax. So i gathered all four of my kids and went in. To begin the office looks horrible and not enough privacy, its just a open room no dividers. I was told military could not do a ral and it was free to efile. After she was done with my taxes she verbally told me i was getting back 8,205.00 she had me sign some papers. I did see one said $404 prep fee but nothing was broke down. I never recieved a copy of my 1040 or any break down in fees. To be honest my kids were driving me crazy and i was excited about getting back $8,205.00 it wasnt until later i realized they gave me back nothing nit my w2's or anything. The only thing i lft with was a print out from this bank. Thats when i git worried it had been three days and i have no evidence of having done my taxes. When i called to check and see if irs had accepted when i realized i need to know my brefund amount in full. It took 17 phone calls and 3 visits to find out my return was actually for $8,713.00 i immediatly called the office and knowone could explain anything to me nor did i ever get a phone call from michelle who is over the liberty tax services in my area. I finally called other stores to be told michelle has personal problems. To date i still have none of my paper work. Michelle or my tax preparer want return my calls. I called the corp office and wastold they could only leave a message for the office that done my taxes to get back with me. They dont take or handle complaints. On monday im filing a police report and contacting an attorney. My husband has 17 years in the army and currently deployed. My goal this year is to get liberty banned from military famalies all together. Liberty doesnt have the right to treat low income, military families, and humans in general this way. We work hard all year in hopes of a large refund. Please do not use liberty tax service. They will rip u off and obviously they think they can get away with it. Oh yeah and they dont tell u there is a bank invovled in the process thats going to accept your money for you and put it in your account. The bank doesnt answer the phone and no one can tell u where ur money is.
