I placed an order for 150 personalized address labels on January 28. Paid for my order online, which cleared my checking account January 29. They said that the order would be shipped the next day regular usps. I have not received my order and haven't received an e-mail or anything from them. I used this company back in 2008 and had know problem.

I have called them several times and left messages and no one has returned my calls. I have tried to e-mail them several times too. All I want is my order or give me my money back ASAP!
