Terrible Management Co., HOA does not cover ANYTHING!

Well it is 5pm Feb 6th and the snow plow has come through one time... 3am this morning. Of course this is not the first time this has happened, nor the second this management company takes our HOA fee and does absolutely nothing with it. Dont bother calling them because it just goes straight to voice mail and I have yet to get a return phone call. I'd go pay Shew a visit but they only have a PO Box (hmmm, I wonder why) I have yet to receive ANYTHING in the mail from them except a bill have absolutely no idea who is head or on the board of our association, nor do I know when or where they hold their meetings, and I am going to the county's consumer protection agency and lodging a formal complaint.
