Mt. Cat Construction, Low Quality Work. Does not honor commitments

I warn against hiring Terry Harkrader or Mountain CatConstruction LLC (The Dalles, OR) as he does low quality workand does not live up to his commitments. I hired him to install a metalroof and snow proof gutters on my simple house with only two slopes, oneskylight and one chimney. No gables orvalleys. Completion was 2 months laterthen promised. With the first major rain it leaked real bad. After repeated contacts he made 2 attempts tofix and was 95% successful. He said fullrepair would have to wait until Spring.in December snow destroyed the gutters.
