Taxbrain.com screwed up my refund - we should sue

I am mad, i believe taxbrain could have sent out notification of what was going on. I have to borrow money from friends and family to take care of somethings i was suppose to pay with my tax refund. We received no notification and taxbrain.com tells me that it is out of their hands, it is up to the irs now. The guy i talked to told me that we would not have to pay any fees. Well that is really nice of them considering they screwed our refunds up. And we are suppose to be grateful that they did not charge us to put hardships on us. I would like to sue. They could have compensated us better. They should have their bank approve loans to us, give us our money then let the irs send them a check. Let them wait... We waited long enough.
