Consumer Wise Debt Solutions Debt Settlement is a scam company and lies to their customers

I work for a debt settlement company out of New Hampshire. We purchased leads from a lead vendor who also sold leads to CWDSI (Consumer Wise).

After talking to a few customers of theirs who signed up what they told me was quite disturbing.

A.) They tell their customers that they work with a Government program to get them out of debt. That is a lie. There is no such program.

B.) They charge an upfront fee, usually $500, on top of their regular fees, so even if you cancel they still get some money from you.

C.) They have an F rating with the BBB and 9 complaints just in the past 12 months, because of not fullfilling their end of the contract.

They also called clients of ours that signed up with us and told them that we were a scam and we only have 8 clients. Which is a lie again. We have over 650 clients and we also offer a full money back guarantee as well.

This company will be shut down shortly. They give a bad name to legitimate debt settlement companies that really do help people.

I have already filed a complaint with the Attorney General in Florida to investigate this company.
