I purchased a Marcum LX5 on January 12th (it is now February 5th), there site said that they had them "in stock" They took my money and then never sent the product on the date they said they would. I have called there 888# literally every hour of the day from 6am to 11pm with no one ever answering. I have left 20 messages and no one has called me back. I have emailed them several times and no one has returned any on them either.
All I asked for was to be updated on the status of my order and they couldn't even do that. When they could do this all I asked for was a refund of my money.
I have sense found the Marcum LX5 at a reputable store, but I can't afford to spend another $430 on something I paid for once. I am leaving for a fishing trip next week and have pretty wasted $300 on that trip because of the difficultly of fishing deep waters with no sonar.
I am beginning to think this site is running by no good scamming thieves who need to shown a short rope and a tall tree.
