Buy Dreamie is a scam

While I was ordering this blanket, "Justin" entered into a chat with me. He kept adding things to my order and trying to upgrade the shipping. I refused over and over and finally told him to let me place the order or cancel it. When the total was posted the shipping was nearly the same price as the item. $13.98 on a $19.99 item! I have since found the product online with several other vendors and shipping is free or a fraction of what they charged me. I can't find a way to cancel the order. Their website has no customer service option.
