I buy a membership for Hallmark magazine I already pay with check since March 05. And I still don't receive my magazine

I take a membership for Hallmark Magazine, on March 05 in the receipt the boy give me, say allow 120 to 160 days for delivery. It's almost a year and I didn't receive any. The check I give they already post it. So how more time I have to wait to get my magazine? Or I can get my money back?
