Mike Borrows money and NEVER pays you back!

Mike is my neighbor. He asked to borrow $ from me, paying me back with interest. I had my doubts, but I felt bad for him and his family and I decided to loan him the money. That was 4 months ago, he has yet to pay my money back... Even without interest. He would call and call with one lame excuse after another, until I got a lawyer to sue him.

He has a warrant for his arrest and has 5-6 other people that he owes large sums of money to. He is a complete loser, with felony convictions in the past. Of course, I would love to get my money back, but I would also love if they moved away so that I do not have to look at their ugly faces everyday, knowing that they have $10,000 that belongs to me.

I should have googled him, because he is all over the news... Acting as a liscensed contrator, when he is not liscensed. The Contractors board actually have a case against him for this reason.

The saddest part is, he has a wife... Or baby mama... I am not really sure, Susanna Cabriello, that is in on it with him, and 2 small children that will probably follow in their parent's footsteps.
